Union Church Members Join Gov. Beshear and Rita Smart in Berea for affordable housing
Dozens of Union church members joined Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear and representative Rita Smart has he signed House bill 175 into law today. HB 175 supports affordable housing and the Kentucky Housing Authority. Gov. Beshear signed the bill at Silver Creek senior housing. Mayor Connelly, Rev. Kent and Rev. Rachel, and many union church members and friends were in attendance as well.
