Each Pentecost, we take a church family photo, with folks dressed in reds and yellows, the color of flames, representing the Holy Spirit!

Congratulations to Jean and Bob Boyce, who will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on June 9! They were married in Danforth Chapel, and have since traveled the world together.

The Youth Group raised $250 at the Talent Show, to be used for their summer projects!

The next SongFarmers Gathering will be June 15, 5:30 pm for dinner, 6:30 for music! In the Community Room. All welcome, to listen or participate!

Churchwide Pool Party August 1, 7-9 pm!

New Cowan Chapel Lectern!

Church Council commissioned a new lectern for Cowan Chapel in memory of Elizabeth Orwig, former member and daughter of Jim and Kay Orwig. Betsy passed away in 2014 after a long struggle with MS. The lectern was designed and crafted by Jeff Hutton with design elements drawn from Betsy’s life as a dancer and the wood-work of the Cowan Chapel Organ. Jeff is Berea College friend of John Courter and Union Church, currently living in Alexandria, KY. The new lectern is height-adjustable for maximum usability!
